Got to ride the Specialized / Karrimor Enduro 6 at Trentham Gardens thanks to Mark at Singletrack and Carol at Specialized.

Hadn't intended to like, but it was a nice surprise to be invited. Now I'll admit that a 6 hour race isn't really my thing, I much prefer a longer steady effort and the going was both fast and hard due to the amount of rain we've been having recently, but this is one top event and next year i can see a solo entry being pursued.

The specialized shoes were really good, nice and stiff but comfortable to walk in too (damn quarry climb) BUY SOME
